What is included in a Willow Creek Meditation membership?
Membership includes access to our full meditation course library, guided audio sessions, weekly live classes, progress tracking, and supportive community circles. New content is added every month at no extra cost.
How do I join a live class?
From your dashboard, select “Live” to see the upcoming schedule. Click “Join Class” up to 10 minutes before start. You’ll receive a reminder email and an on-site notification when the room opens.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. Try the full platform free for 7 days. You can cancel anytime during the trial with a single click—no questions asked.
What are the membership prices?
We offer monthly at $19, quarterly at $49, and annual at $159. Annual includes two guest passes for friends or family.
Is the platform suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. Our “Foundations” path starts with 5-minute sessions and clear, practical guidance, gradually introducing posture, breath, and focus.
Can I use Willow Creek Meditation offline?
Yes. You can save guided sessions to your device for offline listening in our web app’s “Downloads” tab.
Do you provide refunds?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time annual memberships. Monthly plans can be canceled any time and won’t renew.
Can I share my account?
Each membership is for one person. Annual members receive two guest passes you can gift to friends or family.
Is there support if I have trouble meditating?
Yes. Our coaches answer questions in weekly office hours and via message. You’ll also find troubleshooting guides in each course.
Which devices and browsers are supported?
We support current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge on desktop and mobile. Audio works in the background on iOS and Android.
How do I cancel my membership?
Go to Settings → Billing → “Cancel Membership.” Your access remains active until the end of the paid period.
